Uzbekistan To Introduce 10,000 Som Banknote

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan will issue on March 10, 2017 a new banknote of 10,000 sum.

Currently, the largest-denomination banknote in Uzbekistan is worth 5,000 sum and was introduced in July 2013.

New banknotes along with all other banknotes already in circulation must be accepted at face value for all kinds of payments by all entities and public without any restrictions.
